The quality of the TT Series professional gas burners for indoor use

We offer a range of quality professional paella-pan burners which are certified and include several systems:

  • Patented Optim System: Found in the professional TT Series, this patented system improves flame distribution, increases power and makes it easier to cook in bigger diameter containers
  • 3-position tap: The three-position tap allows transition from the off to the maximum strength mode with a 90º turn. From this point to the minimum position, the flame can be accurately controlled. Moreover, this minimum position features the Minimum System which provides a very low and precise flame, allowing a perfect control of the fire and easing cooking.
  • Thermocouple valve for the pilot burner with ON and OFF positions. Once cooking is done and gas has been switched off in all burner rings, this valve allows you to cut off the gas supply and to turn off the entire burner, including the pilot flame. This thermocouple valve is included in the two, three and four-ring models.
