In the line of paella pans that we offer, you can find: polished-steel paella pans, enamelled-steel paella pans, paella pans for induction hobs, and giant 160 cm paella pans manufactured with extra thickness and are approved with the Valencian Artisanal Seal.

Sectors in which you will be able to use the paella pans

If you are planning on using the paella pan in your home garden, you will be able to cook and have a good time with your friends and family out in the open air. You have many different size options so you can cook for a varied number of people.

If you are a hospitality and restaurant industry professional, you should know that paella dishes are becoming increasingly popular, and having an ample range of paella-pan sizes in both polished and enamelled materials available, you could offer this dish in your menu. Moreover, paella pans are also used to serve other dishes and snacks, and as a decorative item.

Do you work in the catering and gastronomical events industry? Discover the different size pans which will enable you to easily cook for 40, 50, 100 or up to 400 people using either firewood or gas sources.

And if your job is in the artisanal food industry, you should know that paella pans are perfectly suited for preparing artisanal pre-cooked meals such as paellas, seafood rice, or fideuas, using traditional paella-pan burners, and paella pans in both brushed or enamel steel.

All the paella pans we offer you are characterised by their manufacturing in steel plate, their perfect round finish, and riveted handles.

We advise you to always use paella pans with a 10 to 20 cm bigger diameter than the Flames VLC gas burner that you plan to use, as the side flames in these paella-pan burners reach out to a wider diameter.

Types of paella pans you can find:

  • Polished-steel paella pans: Designed with a special dented pattern arranged in concentric circles to prevent possible heat induced warping, and to maintain their original curved shape.
  • Enamelled-steel paella pans: Made of enamelled steel, these pans are coated with a layer of porcelain which adds strength and improves maintenance. Thus making cleaning simple and preventing rusting over time.
  • Enamelled-steel paella pans for glass-ceramic and induction cook-tops: made with extra thick enamelled-steel plate, they feature a completely flat bottom to maximize heat transfer in glass-ceramic or induction cook-tops. In this case, the size of the paella pan must be the same as the size of the glass-ceramic induction hob.
  • Giant polished-steel paella pan: suited for use in gastronomical events, catering or popular fairs. Made of 4 mm thick polished-steel plate. Their artisanal manufacturing process is endorsed with registry number DCA 5173 by the Valencian Community Artisan Guild, and with sanitary registry codes RGSA/ RSEAM 39.005086
