• TT Series indoor burners: This burner line includes a series of industrial paella burners designed for restaurant and hospitality industry professionals at pubs, restaurants, catering events, artisanal food industry, and gastronomical events. The difference with the outdoor burners is they feature an additional safety valve mechanism. In the two, three and four ring burners, they are also fitted with a patented pilot light system.
• O and M industrial burners: this line includes industrial style gas burners, unique worldwide, designed for use in restaurants, catering, gastronomical events, and artisan food industry; including the production of craft beer, distillation of spirits, canning and precooked meals.
• Accessories: you can find a great variety of accessories such as various kinds of legs, and reinforced tripods to heighten the paella-pan burners; our all-purpose original wind-breakers, perfect to improve cooking; the reinforced paella pan hanger; and a number of additional products related to the industry.

• Optim System: This can be found in the classic and industrial TT Series hospitality industry burners. It improves flame distribution, increases power and improves cooking in larger diameter containers.
• New pilot burner: Guarantees the safety of all the TT Series industrial paella-pan burners. This patented device functions with a single thermocouple and a safety valve, allowing each ring to work independently. This pilot burner includes a thermocouple valve with ON/OFF positions.
• A Burner: Included in the most powerful burners we manufacture, provides fast and direct flame, and is fitted with a double gas-air compensating chamber. It is also a patented system.
• 3 position tap (on, high and very low precise flame position thanks to the Minimum System): This operating mechanism can be found in the T and TT Series paella burners.
